A few practical answers.
How is the service priced?
Standard clearance is charged per entry or at an agreed client rate. Priority, after-hours, regulatory, project and account services may carry additional fees or a tailored quotation. Duties, taxes and third-party charges are separate. Final scope and pricing are agreed for your shipment or account.
Can PAS guarantee a release date?
Processing and release depend on Customs, ports, carriers, regulatory agencies, inspections, system availability, complete documents and funding. Priority services add urgency and control to PAS-managed actions; they cannot override external requirements.
When do I need to provide funds?
PAS requires cleared funds before customs or port payments are made. Exceptional costs, including overtime, examinations, testing, transport and storage, are communicated separately where applicable.
Can you help with permits and temporary imports?
Yes. PAS offers government agency and permit coordination, plus temporary import and re-export management. Share product specifications, existing certificates and equipment details where relevant. Regulatory approvals and temporary admission remain subject to the responsible authorities and their conditions.
Do you support frequent importers?
Our Managed Clearance Account provides an agreed document intake routine, service contacts, funding and approval workflow, escalation path and periodic service review. Packages are negotiated around shipment volumes, complexity and selected services.
